I’m Jacqueline, an Impact Story Strategist and Trainer.

I train organizational storytellers to record the real, human stories at the heart of their work — stories with the emotional truth and staying power to rivet even their toughest audiences. 

I teach strategy, story structure, production skills, and ethical, person-centered facilitation practices. When you learn to craft the conditions for trust, curiosity, candor, and connection, the storytelling experience itself empowers and transforms. That isn’t just how you get great stories -- it’s how sustainable storytelling culture takes root.
